Solution
(1) System Composition
1. RFID Electronic Tags: Adhesive electronic tags or PCB electronic tags, integrated into devices such as work badges, safety helmets, belts, etc. Choose the appropriate electronic tags based on installation conditions.
2. RFID Readers:
Split-type readers: Deployed at entrances and exits to verify the identity of personnel passing through.
Integrated-type readers: Deployed at key locations, with high sensitivity and long-distance reading capabilities for multiple tags, supporting multi-interface data transmission. Used for attendance statistics and location monitoring. Data can be transmitted in real time via wired or WiFi, 4G/5G networks for timely data transmission.
3. Personnel Management System

Attendance Management: Automatically record entries and exits, generate reports, support custom statistics
Location Tracking: Real-time display of location area and movement trajectory
Permission Control: Set area permissions, unauthorized access will trigger an alarm

(3) System Flow
Registration: Register personnel details in the personnel management system, generate electronic tag IDs; Use desktop readers to write codes on personnel management tags (adhesive / PCB); Attach the tags to work badges / safety helmets to complete information registration
Entry: When entering the management area through the entrance gate, the fixed entrance reader reads the electronic tag; Data is transmitted to the backend, updating the personnel status, and completing the entry authentication
Departure: When leaving the management area through the exit gate, the fixed exit reader reads the electronic tag; Data is transmitted to the backend, updating the personnel status, and completing the departure authentication
Location: When personnel reach key points, the fixed point reader reads the tag; Data is transmitted to the backend to update the location, achieving regional traceability; For personnel with a stationary location for a long time, automatic alarms will be triggered for timely handling
